People set the direction, and AI carries the volume
Every engagement begins with what a client already holds, from sales and operating data to the questions they most need answered. We turn that into a strategy scope and settle the figures the work will rest on, bringing in the expertise the question calls for.
Only then does AI take on the research, which is where its speed does the most good. A person reviews everything it finds against the original scope and fills in whatever the plan missed, because AI is least reliable on work outside its capability. AI then formats the finished document, so the hours go into the analysis.

Knowing which tasks sit inside a tool’s capability and which sit outside it is the part we take responsibility for. Where a model saves time or surfaces something a person would miss, we use it and say where. Where it would add cost or confusion, we leave it out.
